Ingredients

1 baking potato

2 tsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic salt

50g feta

50g Greek yogurt

1 roasted red pepper from a jar (about 25g), finely chopped

½ tsp sumac

How to make:

Before starting heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/ gas 6. And start with boiling the potato, when it becomes soft inside put it into an ice bucket to cool down the potato. Then take it out into a bowl and let it absorb the mix of 1 tsp olive oil and the garlic salt.

 How to make:
